Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items (with the exception of earrings due to health reasons) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges.

Email robyn@neckcessories.com to notify us of your intent to return your items. Include the reply email from robyn@neckcessories.com (your return authorization) along with the items you are returning.

If you are ordering for your bridal party and you return more than one of any individual item (i.e. three Lindsey necklaces), you will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Order one of each individual item to see if item(s)works for your purposes. Email robyn@neckcessories.com when placing your order for the remainder of the items and we will apply the shipping charges you incur in your original order to the order of your additional items. To qualify for this privelege, you must email robyn@neckcessories.com PRIOR to purchasing the remainder of your order.

Determining your wrist size
Measure the distance around your wrist and add one inch. For example, if your wrist measures 7 inches, order an 8 inch bracelet. This will result in a comfortable fit. If you do not have a measuring tape ribbon or a piece of string will work, too. Mark the length then measure with a ruler. If you use another bracelet to determine your size, be sure to measure from end to end, including the clasp.
